Textbook Return Policy

• All returns must be accompanied by the original dated receipt and ID.
• Refunds given first 10 days of Fall, Winter and Spring terms. First seven days of Summer and modular classes. (One day class books - no return)
• Materials must be returned in SAME condition as when purchased.
• Manufacturer defects will be replaced when returned with original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
• Refund check may be mailed when over $150.00

Software/Electronics Return Policy

• All returns must be accompanied by the original dated receipt within 10 calendar days.
• Materials must be returned in SAME condition (Unopened if shrink wrapped packaging. )
• Manufacturer defects will be replaced when returned with original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Manufacturer satisfaction guarantees handled directly with manufacturer. (*AutoDesk restrictions apply.) Please inquire.

Hardware Return Policy

• Computer hardware products are NOT returnable unless approved by the hardware manufacturer. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Merchandise Return Policy
